Tim Preiss

Licensed in real estate since 1994, Tim's background is in business and sales. As a past owner of a Benjamin Moore dealership, Tim knows the amount of effort it takes every day to survive in today's business world. "Staying in contact and communicating with the client is the key." says Tim. As a full-time Realtor, Tim concentrates on the expanding valley and it's quickly disappearing land. Land/lot listings and sales are his primary focus but he still keeps up on housing values and sales,

Tim has lived in Scottsdale since 1966, moving here with his family from St. Louis, Missouri. "I remember riding my bicycle down a dirt road to town, (called Camelback Road), to Scottsdale Road where they still had hitching posts for the horses," recalls Tim. For enjoyment, Tim has started a new family past-time of going dirt-biking in the desert or up in the white mountains of northeastern Arizona near Payson. He also enjoys working on remodeling projects at home and at their cabin in Pine, AZ.

Aurien Preiss, CRS, GRI

A real estate licensee since 1988, Aurien spent 5 years in property management, and has been selling homes full-time since 1994. As a dedicated Phoenix Realtor, Aurien says, "I'm grateful for the opportunity to help people with one of the biggest investments of their lives, guiding them through the transaction from beginning to end and keeping it as "stress free" as possible. Repeat clientele and referrals are the core of our business."

As the mother of two teenagers, Allison & Andy, family is at the heart of her easy-going personality. (Many of her clients become friends of the family). Caring about her clients as if they were family helps keep Aurien focused on the client's best interest. "For a short period of time, we are like family, seeing each other every day, eating together or at least talking with each other every day until the transaction is closed. We share a common experience and that lasts a lifetime with me!" says Aurien, You may notice that Aurien's second passion is gardening and landscaping. Coaxing things to grow in the desert is a challenge & one that Aurien loves to take on. "I can do that!" says Aurien.

Debra Spotleson, e-PRO

Debbie attained her real estate license in September 2005 and is working as a Licensed Assistant to Tim and Aurien. Debbie’s background is marketing, technology and education. She worked for Scottsdale Unified School District as an Instructional Assistant, leaving education to become a small business owner. She handled mail marketing for several clients until the mailing industry slowed. Thus bringing her to Tim & Aurien with her technology and marketing knowledge.

Debbie is a native Arizonan, born in Phoenix. “I remember when downtown Scottsdale was dirt, Supai was my Elementary School (now a Middle School), and Pinnacle Peak Patio was a million miles away!” said Debbie. She’s lived in Scottsdale all but 5 years of her life, which was spent in Tucson. She is the mother of four children. Her kids and home are the most important parts in her life. Thanks to Aurien her passion for gardening is getting back into her blood. Her avocation is children’s writing.
